So last night was girls night. So I put all the boys to bed. Rachel got things ready and here we go! This was the movie. It was really cute and some places I may have related to a little to well. LOL
These were the snacks! Fruit dip with all the fixins. However the airhead was all rachels!

Yesterday was a fun day! We went riding motorbikes and 4-wheelers with my brother and his family. We had a ton of fun. Steven had just purchased a new shade to take riding and camping. I was a really nice one. Well he took it and set it up well for about an hour or two it was great and then one of those utah microbursts came up and took it and broke all 4 legs. He thinks he can fix and I have TOTAL faith in him. Yesterday was the first time slade has rode his motorbike without his training wheels. He did great he tipped over once and then away he went and never stopped. He rode just as fast and hard as the other boys and never let them get to far away from him. Anyway here are some fun photos of the day.

So yesterday slade was on the deck and I look out and he is meditating! Yes meditating so I asked him what he was doing and he told me it was part of his ninja training. Then he proceeded to show me ALL of his ninja moves and have me take photo's of (Again) ALL of them. Now let me explain the first photo. This photo took 10 shot's to get as you can see slade was standing about 3-4 feet away and wanted me to take a photo of the sword as he threw it. As you can see each throw was directed at me ( that was fun). After each photo he would have to come look at what I had just taken to see if it looked cool! I love being mom!

It's late it is 11 pm and here I sit at my computer. Tonight was enrichment night for those who don't know I am over enrichment. Anyway as I was cleaning up tonight and the older sisters in our ward are always so appreciative and were coming up thanking me for my work on tonight's activity when out of the blue a friend of mine in the ward came up to me and gave me a block with the word Simplify wrote on it in vinyl. It was so nice of her. She told me it was because I always tell her whatever we are doing is easy and she can do it! I have always been grateful for my calling "I love it". I love to interact with the sisters each month. Tonight made it worth all the hard work. It reinforces that people are appreciative of what we do each month! So tonight I am thankful for all the sisters in my ward and I am thankful that what we do each month makes a difference to them!

Saturday was so much fun for our family we went to the parade that morning. Then after that we took the kids to the park to play kick ball. We had so much fun and wore ourselves out.

After that we went home and the kids got in their swim suits and they helped steven fill water balloons I got some really great video of the water fight that ended up being a war against steven. I am making it into a movie and will post latter. After the water fight the kids just played with the hose on the slide and made the own water slide. Me and steven relaxed. It was the best! Latter that night we BBQ and our friend Jubilee and her two boys came over and watched fireworks and enjoyed steak with us. Rachel will be soooo glad when her friend kenza gets home all there is is boys around! I love weekend like this.
