I just want to add if you want to hear Beautiful music and read some inspiring stuff My oooo so talented friend who I adore has a web site I would love all of you to check out! www.kristabaer.com It is truly inspiring music you will love!

My little scissor hand boys!

So here we go! I am going to try and not laugh or cry as I post this! My two little boys are sooooooo naughty some times.  Let's just start at the top and work our way down. The top photo is the pants ty cut up while he was wearing them. Then when I asked him why he had cut them up he ran and hid on Steven's side of the bed and fell asleep lol.
Next on the list is slade's pants now he didn't cut his but it had a small hole in it so he decided to rip it while he was in school! So those are what he came walking out to the car in. Oh I should add he had only wore those twice! I had just bought them. The next 3 photo's are what happened when I went with steven christmas shopping. I was out and got a phone call from rachel (crying) saying ty had cut my couch up. Now this is NOT her fault because well lets face it he is kinda naughty and would have probably done this it was me at home. So That night I spent two hours sewing all the holes in my furniture up! Oh and I should add this all happened in the same week!

While I try to work!

This is what I put up with every time I sit down at my computer! Ty gets a few of his toys and has to sit right behind me in the chair! GRRRRRRRRRR However this photo is hilarious, I love his face!

Christmas programs

So these are the kids two choir performances! They were a ton of fun and they did such a great job! We also had the fun of Aunt Judy being able to come with us to one!

Temple square and the lights!

On December 2 Rachel and Hunter's choir performed  in Salt lake at the Festival of Tree's. We ( ok really it was me) decided it would be fun to go down as a family and do temple square afterward. This is the last year of rachel in this choir and since it was Hunter too I thought "what fun"! So we made a day of it. After the performance we went to lunch and then headed for the Beehive house and took a tour of it. The sweet young sister missionaries who were trying to give their little informative tour were not entirely prepared for my 3 boys! They started out ok but 5 min in the all the boys wanted to do was ask questions (ALOT of questions). Some of these questions just plain left these sisters speechless lol oh I should add my boys LOVE anything pioneer or cowboy so they kinda know a lot for kids! For example we were looking in the bathroom:
Slade: So were did they go poop at?
Sis miss: Aaaaaa
Slade: Duh they had an out house don't you know! (giggles)
Sis miss: Oh yes

Sis miss: These are some little spike's they used!
Hunter: No those are not, they are nails! I know cause my grandpa has some and told me!
Sis Miss to other sis miss: Is that right?
Sis miss (after she reads the paper): Very good young man you are right!
Then they were trying to explain how Brigham Young was a convert to the church and my boys were trying to inform them of how Porter Rockwell cut a mans head off once (that one was my fault, I told them that story lol)!
After a few good laughs the sisters were kind enough to tell us they had a really good time with us. Lol Not sure if they were telling the truth or not!
After the Beehive house we went to the Joseph Smith Building and watched the movie about Joseph Smiths life it was sooooo good!
When the movie was over we took the kids to look at the lights. It was so gorgeous and we were so lucky that night and there was so few people there it was really nice!

December and Rach!

Wow is it really December? I feel like November just flew by. Then I take a look at my calendar and have to take a deep breath........  I was so excited for winter so I could sit back and relax however I think I may have to wait till January lol!  I have a ton of fun projects waiting to be worked on for christmas so hopefully I can post some photo's along the way of all of them.
November 22 was my sweet Rachel's birthday! I will post photo's as soon as we have her party. That is one of the reason's I love her. I asked her if we could wait for a couple of weeks to celebrate her Birthday because we are so busy and it's always good with her! She is now the big 12 and went to Young women's for the first time tonight. She was not sure about it but I think a few more times and she will love it! She is always so  willing to help me or anyone else. I have truly been blessed to have her in my life! I could not have asked for a better helper, sitter, shopping partner, karaoke competitor, girls day go'er or Daughter! What can I say she is just awesome!

My all in one Thankful post!

So I have read all month long on facebook and blogs everyone's Thankful post's. I however have not had time to post each day let alone each week. I have been soooooo busy but each of the things I have been busy with I am grateful for. My kids and Steven are my whole world they keep me on my toes, drive me crazy, keep me busy, make me mad, make me happy, make me laugh, and love me to pieces.  Primary president is another thing that keep's me running (mostly to meetings)! It is such a big calling but worth it every sunday when I talk with the kids in primary. Sometimes it is hard because I want to fix all the problems, help everyone, encourage everyone and be everywhere but my love for it makes me continue to try. I am so blessed to be working with wonderful people and wonderful little children.
I have been so truly blessed in my life to post each and everything I am thankful for would be an impossible post to write and really long. So instead of trying to summarize it all Lets just say I am truly blessed each day. My heart is so full of gratitude to my father in heaven for all I am blessed with.  There is one thing I want to post that I probably don't say enough I have sooooo many great friends and I am grateful for all of you in my life.   I hope I have let each of my family know my love and gratitude for you in mine and my families lives. We are a blessed family!

Slade's morning photo wake up call

A couple saturdays ago I was woke up at 7am by slade. This was our conversation:
Slade: MOM wake up hurry! Mom wake up you have to come take a picture of the sunset!
Me: Slade go get my little camera and you go take the picture for me! (Me back to sleep)
5 min and 20 photo's latter!
Slade: MOM LOOK! My photo's look cool Wake up and look!
Me: Ok ok
At this point I realize the kids is right and the photographer in me cant resist so up I go. However I grab my "Good" camera! He was right it was a GORGEOUS sunrise. Well after we downloaded his photo's and then mine he says to me:
"Mom your big camera take's MUCH better photo's than the little one! Next time I am using it!"
Me With a tiny bit of panic explains NO the little camera is for you to use! It's good to know he may look like steven's twin but he still has a little of me in him! So above is both mine and slade's early morning photo's!

Ty's Day

Ty get's the extreme pleasure of spending his day's with me. This is ty's day moving all his stuffed animals around to whatever room I am in. He play's store with them, teacher, and boss of his construction site! We have a good time together.

Steven's 4 wheeler ride

Steven, my Dad and Uncle all went on an overnight 4 wheeler ride a few weeks back. To say the least Steven had the best time. He said they saw a lot of beautiful country and had a great time. They found the remains of a pioneer home and an old cabin that had been used for moving cattle to different ranges.  I have totally decided I am going next spring and taking my camera along for the ride!

A Vampire and a Knight!

Wolverine

Both of the two older boy's are in school full time so that leave's Ty to his own games and on this day he was Wolverine with ALL the butter knives. Very fierce!

Duck tape, Sticks and Paper plate's are all a boy needs!

Not long ago Slade and Hunter wanted some indian tomahawks and a spear. Well when I wouldn't run right out and buy them some Slade decided to make some. Now I think he did an awesome job lol! He is such a creative kid I wish I would have got a photo of the Viking Helmet he made out of paper plates and duck tape. It was AWESOME!

This is his little wolf and the pack he made for it!

Oh how our tiny garden grows!

Every year Steven and I always plant tomato plants and something else. Well this year steven decided instead of squash we would do sunflowers. All of them grew normal EXCEPT the 12 foot one in the center! Yes you read that right! At this flowers peak we got the tape measure out and it was a mutant 12 ft high! That is double the hight of the other ones. Then we planted 3 tomato plants not realizing one was cherry tomatoes and oh boy we have a bumper crop of the little buggers. By the way the center photo is of the 12 ft flower using the zoom! lol

I love my parents!

I posted this photo on face book but decided to post it on my blog!
I love this photo of my parents.
It was about time I got my parents in front of my camera but whenever we get together we are so
busy doing other stuff!
My parents are the best. I am so grateful to have such a great marriage like them.
They have been such a good example to me my whole life on what great marriage should be!

Whats been going on!

Where oh where have I been? Well I have been soooooo sick the last two weeks! I came down with a sinus infection which quickly moved to my lungs. Once in my lungs it took up residency there. So with a horrible cough I have just tried to survive the last couple of weeks. Ty in the mean time decided to do a front flip off the arm of the couch onto the love sac and landed wrong! Well after a trip to the Dr. office we found out he had broke his collar bone! As if all this hasn't been fun enough I coughed today and threw my back out! I am in PAIN! This is a semi normal thing my back goes out so easy but it is still painful. I have many many projects that sit waiting my return to normal life. Some fun some not so fun. I did order the CUTEST fabric I can't wait to get to work on (more on that latter). I have a photo shoot this weekend I am soooooo excited over! More to come on that also! So I am off to bed in hopes I can get 2 five gallon buckets of plumbs made into jelly tomorrow............. Here's hoping!

I am blessed!

I am so very very blessed! I have been so sick the last few days. And I have to say I have the best husband. He totally took over and cleaned my house and wrangled all of the kids. He is the best medicine I could take. He makes me laugh continually and will still kiss me even though I sound like I am coughing up a lung (attractive picture I know). He takes me on a date almost every weekend because he knows it is the only thing that keeps me sane after a week of kids. He is the best photography assistant I could ask for. He never laughs at my crazy ideas he may not share my enthusiasm but he doesn't laugh (lets face it most are pretty insane and always involve him in some way or another)! I LOVE how he scares me almost to death every time I get on the back of his motorcycle. He will always watch whatever movie I want even if it is a chick flick and never complain. I am blessed!

ps. Thanks for taking the photo mom!

Riding In Delle

Friday we decided to go riding. Well Steven decided to put Ty (my 4 year old baby) on one of the motorcycles. After 4min  of instructions he was off with no looking back! My  boys are fearless. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I love their independence and fearlessness. But do they have to get so big so fast!

It was such a fun day. A little warm but a good time none the less!
